We want you to love your SpineSure cushion! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags and hygiene seals must be intact
- Proof of purchase required

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or damaged items: If your cushion arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Preorder Policy: Preorder items can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once your preorder has been shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies. Expected delivery dates are estimates and may vary. We'll keep you updated on your preorder status via email.
